A Fuzzy Networked Control System Following Frequency Transmission Strategy

At present, network control systems employ a common approximation to solve the connectivity issue due to time delays coupled with external factors . However, this approach tends to be complex in terms of time delays, and the inherent local phase is missing. Therefore, it is necessary to study the behavior of the delays as well as the integration of the differential equations of these bounded delays. The related time delays need to be known a priori, but from a dynamic real-time perspective in order to understand the dynamic phase behavior. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the inclusion of the data frequency transmission and time delays that are bounded as parameters of the dynamic response from a real-time scheduling approximation, considering the local phase situation. The related control law is designed considering a fuzzy logic approximation for nonlinear time delays coupling. The main advantage is the integration of this behavior through extended state space representation. This keeps certain linear and bounded behavior leading to a stable situation during an events presentation, based on an accurate data transmission rate. An expected result is that the basics of the local phase missing as a result of the local bounded time delays from the lack of tide synchronization conforms to the modeling approximation

MAREJADAS RURALES Y LUCHA POR LA VIDA, VOL. I:CONSTRUCCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL Y ECONÓMICA DEL CAMPO.

Este volumen incluye trabajos que abordan temáticas que demuestran que el campo es una construcción sociocultural, por lo tanto, el medio rural es diferenciado y está en constante cambio y adaptación a los procesos globales y locales. Son 19 trabajos divididos en dos secciones, la primera, denominada Nuevas dinámicas sociales, económicas y culturales en el medio rural, está compuesta por 8 capítulos, en esta sección se incluyen aquellos trabajos que analizan de manera concreta los cambios perceptibles en las relaciones rurales y en las actividades económicas; procesos como desagrarización y nuevas actividades económicas son abordados aquí, así como propuestas metodológicas para el estudio de lo rural considerando los cambios y adaptaciones que se registran en los territorios. Reducing the environmental impact of surgery on a global scale: systematic review and co-prioritization with healthcare workers in 132 countries

Abstract Background Healthcare cannot achieve net-zero carbon without addressing operating theatres. The aim of this study was to prioritize feasible interventions to reduce the environmental impact of operating theatres. Methods This study adopted a four-phase Delphi consensus co-prioritization methodology. In phase 1, a systematic review of published interventions and global consultation of perioperative healthcare professionals were used to longlist interventions. In phase 2, iterative thematic analysis consolidated comparable interventions into a shortlist. In phase 3, the shortlist was co-prioritized based on patient and clinician views on acceptability, feasibility, and safety. In phase 4, ranked lists of interventions were presented by their relevance to high-income countries and low–middle-income countries. Results In phase 1, 43 interventions were identified, which had low uptake in practice according to 3042 professionals globally. In phase 2, a shortlist of 15 intervention domains was generated. In phase 3, interventions were deemed acceptable for more than 90 per cent of patients except for reducing general anaesthesia (84 per cent) and re-sterilization of ‘single-use’ consumables (86 per cent). In phase 4, the top three shortlisted interventions for high-income countries were: introducing recycling; reducing use of anaesthetic gases; and appropriate clinical waste processing. In phase 4, the top three shortlisted interventions for low–middle-income countries were: introducing reusable surgical devices; reducing use of consumables; and reducing the use of general anaesthesia. Conclusion This is a step toward environmentally sustainable operating environments with actionable interventions applicable to both high– and low–middle–income countries

AN Improving NCS Stabilization Using a Predictive Pulsed Control Law

The aim in this paper is experimentally to show that a predictive pulsed control law is able to enlarge the stabilizing sampling periods of a networked control system (NCS) more than the classical predictive ZOH-control law. Additionally, using a comparisson in the system response between the predictive pulsed control law and the predictive ZOH-control law, it is obtained that the pulsed control law requires less energy consumption to stabilize a NCS exposed to large time-delays. La argumentación sustancial. Una experiencia con estudiantes de Nivel Medio Superior en clases de matemáticas

This paper presents an analysis on the substantial argumentation on application problems evoked from a cognitive approach from Algebra and Differential Calculus produced by high school students. The cognitive approach is followed in this paper, based of the functional and structural analysis of reasoning allowing the discursive mechanisms through which reasoning can change the certainty and validity of the propositions. As a result, it is identified the characteristic elements of substantial argument in evoked contextualized problems and organizational presence of connective elements towards the statement-object, were identified. A particular model based upon Ethnography of the qualitative research was used for analyzing class records and transcripts. It´s important that en this paper only one contextualized problem is analyzed.El presente artículo analiza la argumentación sustancial realizada por estudiantes de 15 a 17 años de Nivel Medio Superior en problemas contextualizados evocados desde un enfoque cognitivo, en las unidades de aprendizaje de Álgebra y Cálculo Diferencial. Este enfoque se adopta, desde el análisis funcional y estructural del razonamiento, que permite evidenciar mecanismos discursivos por medio de los cuales un razonamiento puede cambiar la certeza y validez de las proposiciones. Como resultado, se identificaron elementos que caracterizan a la argumentación sustancial en problemas contextualizados evocados y la presencia de conectivos organizativos para mostrar la fuerza de los argumentos y su orientación hacia el enunciado-objeto. En términos generales los alumnos desarrollaron procesos intuitivos para establecer conjeturas y la posibilidad de construir proposiciones para emitir afirmaciones razonadas. La etnografía, modelo particular de la investigación cualitativa, se utilizó para el análisis de registros y transcripciones de las clases. Es relevante hacer mención que en el presente escrito sólo se analiza un problema contextualizado

A Consensus Routing Algorithm for Mobile Distributed Systems

This paper introduces a consensus routing algorithm based on an availability function. Such a function obtains a consensus among a group of nodes by evaluating the idle time in the scheduler of each node, along with the general conditions of the network and determining the next step of the route. In this regard, the algorithm proposed here makes it possible to avoid flooding while reducing bandwidth use and keeping changes of the network only at a local scale
